Cell is known as the structural unit of life beacuse it provides structure to living organisms .

Cell is also known as functional unit of life beacuse it helps in function of living organisms .

Cell is also divided into two parts.

i -unicellular organism

ii -multicellular organism .

Unicellular organism are organism in which it one cell is present .like amoeba etc

Multicellular organism are organism in which many cells are present .like human being ,plant ,animal etc .
