It is the process of separation of different components or substances from a mixture or solution using centrifugal force by rotating the substance in a circular path inside a cylindrical container.

⭕Centrifugation is the process of separation of suspended particles from a liquid from colloids by churning the liquid at the high speed.

⭕The principal is that the denser particles are forced to the bottom and lighter stay at the top when span rapidly.

⭕To separate cream from milk, milk is churned from two to three minutes. The cream collects at the centre and being lighter than the milk, floats at the top of mixture.
