HEY BUDDY HERE IS UR ANSWER !!
→ J.J Thomson was able to measure the ratio of the electrical charge to themass of the electron using a cathode ray discharge tube.
→ He applied electrical and magnetic field perpendicular to each other as well as to the path of the electrons.

Hi dear !!!
here is your answer !!
charge over mass ratio in cathode Ray is
=> ( m / e )
=> mass to charge ratio .
=> m = 2.4 × 10^-24g
and charge => 1.6 × 10^ -19
so charge over mass ratio will be
=> 1.5 × 10^ -8 kg / C
hope it help you dear !!
thanks !!
