Chargaff rules state that DNA from any cell of any organisms should have a 1:1 ratio of pyrimidine and purine basis and, more specifically, that the amount of guannie should be equal to cytocine and the amount of adenine should be equal to thymine. This pattern is found in both strands of DNA.

Hello!!Answer...

chargoff rule is related to structure of DNA..it says that ratio between adenine and thymine...and gauninen and cytosine are constant and it equals to one...but chargoff rule is not applicable for DNA
