Heya mate
The answer of ur question is

♢ Chemical energy is associated with the stability of the molecules .
♢ During a chemical energy, if the energy of the reactant is more than that the energy of the product then the energy is released and the reaction is known as exothermic.
♢ During a chemical energy, if energy of the reactants is less that that of products, it is called endothermic energy

For ex - During the burning of a match stick fuel gets burnt by the friction, and the chemical energy get converted into the heat energy.

Basically it is the energy carried out in the chemical compounds reactions

hope it helps

Its a nice question!

The energy stored in chemical compound's bonds i.e molecules and atoms.

And when that energy released in chemical reaction, that energy is called chemical energy.
Chemical energy is type of potential.

Examples:
Coal, Natural gas, Biomass, Batteries are some examples of chemical energy which has been stored.

I hope you find this helpful!
