Chlorenchyma tissues in plants are the tissues which contain chloroplast and perform photosynthesis..... They also give support to plant they are thick elongated cells with thick layer of lignin at their ends...

this is a tissue that contains chloroplast and is photosynthetic. chlorenchyma makes up the messophyll tissue of plant leaves and is also found in the stems of certain plant species.
