when diameter = 3 cm

Diameter= 3cm

radius \: \\ = \dfrac{3}{2}cm

Circumference = 2\pi \: r \\ = 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7} \times \dfrac{3}{2} \\ = \dfrac{3 \times 22}{7} \\ = \dfrac{66}{7} \\ = 9.4cm

{\bold{\underline{\red{Circumference\:=9.4cm}}}}
