Concentrated acid is more powerful as it has more acid than water but dilute acid has less acid than water making it comparatively less lethal

in concentrated acid the percentage of acid will be more and it is too strong where as in dilute acid the percentage of acid will not be more and the percentage of water will be more and it is weak.
