Conjuction is a part of speech which are used by us to join either two sentences or two phrases together to make a single sentence.

We can make up various examples on our own in this case as many of us use it most of the time.

Example:

Sentence without conjuction,

He went home. He slept.

Here we can easily find out that the above sentences are separate and in no case can be called a single sentence.

If we want to join these sentences, then we must use a conjuction.

We will use the conjuction ' and ' in this case. We can use other suitable conjuctions as well.

Hence the sentences after joining with a conjuction,

He went home and he slept.
