A conjugate acid is the product that is different from a base by one proton.Examples of conjugate acids include water (base) reacting with an acid to form the hydronium ion (conjugate acid), and ammonia (base) reacting with an acid to form the ammonium ion (conjugate acid).

Hello there !
Conjuste acid is formed by base and conjugate base is formed by acid
example :-
HA + B_ -----> BH + A_
acid + base ----> conjugate acid + conjugate base
HA is acid it donates its proton and form a base A_ , now this A can accept protons so it is called conjugate base .
B_ accepts proton so it is called base according to bronsted lowery and as a result of proton acception it forms BH which can now donate proton thats why it is now called conjugate acid
