the two point Situated of the principal Axes are called congruent focus if image of an object formed that at one point if we change the position change of object and image each other the then there is no effect in position of the object and image congruent focus is possible only is concave mirror .conjugate focus is not possible because the image formed by convex mirror is behind mirror

There are following steps in the process of conjugation :-

✨step 1) conjugation occurs between F+ and F- strain of Escherichia coli (e—coli)
—> F+ strain contains 'F' Plasmid factor and the all the surface where as F- is devoid of such type of factors . these are said to be preconjugant.

✨step 2) Formation of literal protuberance in these preconjugant bacteria at the same plane.

✨ step 3) Formation of conjugation tube by the fusion of the produberance of both bacteria.

—> The process of replication of F — plasmid in the F+ strain and Finally one copy is transferred to the F - strain.

✨ step 4) the F- become F+ due to migration of the factor and both are repeated to each other and identical F+ forms are developed i.e. post conjugant are similar.
