Conservation of angular momentum is a physical property of a spinning system such that its spin remains constant unless it is acted upon by an external torque, put another way, the speed of rotation is constant as long as net torque is zero.

the angular momentum remains same before and after the collision of the body then we can say body have conserved angular momentum

angular momentum is the turning effect of momentum.

example

when earth rotates around the sun the angular momentum of earth remains constant
