Constitution is a set of both fundamental rights and duties.They are a set of rules and duties which the constituent assembly and the framers of our constitution wanted us to follow.We can thus say that constitution is a set of aspirations of the framers of our constitutions.

Constitution is the set of rules, which are made by the constitution framers, which tells the way in which we are to be governed.
The constitution lays the fundamental rights for every citizen; which are basic right for everyone in the country.
Thus, they are the way, in which the people who governs are asked to be follow it. 
The rights along with the constitution, are constitutional rights.
