Convectional rainfall. When the land warms up, it heats the air above it. This causes the air to expand and rise. As the air rises it cools and condenses. If this process continues then rain will fall.

because of sun the earth heats and this makes the air above the earth heat. This warm air as it is lighter goes upward (ascending air column) and cools .this causes condensation and precipitation occurs. mostly this we can see in evergreen forests as the temp is high there occurs 4pm rainfall.
