co-ordinate covalen bond :- is the mutual sharing of electrons between electron donor n acceptor

shobhashalapuri: it's not mutual sharing it's one sided sharing

Coordinate Covalent bond is also know as Dative Bond .

Dative Bond is the bond formed by sharing of electron pair but the shared pair is contributed by one atom.
