ShrutiGupta111: Copra is the dried meat or kernel of the coconut, which is the fruit of the coconut palm. Coconut oil is extracted from copra, making it an important agricultural commodity for many coconut-producing countries.

in copra all rights of consumer are there :-
1) right to safety
2)right to choose
3)right to seek redressal

and also provides a method to protect it and made consumer coarts where any of the rights r violated then they can go here.

this has 3 levels of courts :-
1) district level- less than ₹ 20 lakhs
2) state level- between ₹20 lakhs - 1 crore
3) national level- more than ₹1 crore

and if the consumer is not satisfied with the decision then they can apply to higher level of courts.

thank you
