Nature -
It consists of cube like cells which are square in sections but the free surface appear hexagonal.
Occurrence-it is found in kidney tubules glands(salivary gland, sweat gland etc,). It forms germinal epitheliam of gonds.
Functions -
1. It helps in absorption, excretion, and secretion. It also provide mechanical support.
