What is cut motion in the parliament? ? Please someone explain. ( N.B- Don't copy from the Internet I couldn't understand anything there)

A cut motion is moved when the Budget is taken up in the Parliament. A Member of Parliament may propose that the government expenditure is reduced by a single rupee. The importance is to show disapproval of the monetary policy of the government and not the cut itself.
