S=1/2(V+M - C+A) where, v=no of valence electrons , M=no of monovalent atom surrounding the central atom.C=no of cation on central atom .A=no of anions on central atom.

So,here

1/2×(7+2-1+0)=4=Sp3 lone pair on central atom= S-M-D where D=divalent atom surrounding central atom.

Lone pair= 4-2-0=2
