Dalton's atomic theory states that an atom is a very small indivisible particle.he named it parmanu which means a particle that can not be broke down into more simpler substances
but he was proved wrong that atom is an indivisible particle but it contain 3 sub atomic particles
proton,neutron and electron

2).All matter is made up of very tiny particles called Atoms.
3).Atom of different elements have different mass and chemical properties.
4). Atom combine in the ratio of small whole numbers to form compounds .
5). The relative number and kinds of atoms are constant in a given compounds.
