DECENTRALISATION : Decentralisation means power in the hands of many persons .It also means that power moves from one person to other .It gives more responsibility to employees working in the organisation .It feels satisfaction to employees also .

• It is the bigger part of centralization

Centralization means power only in one hand and it creates unsatisfaction among employees .

So , according to size of business - if large , Decentralisation is required if small, centralization also possible.
