It is a system of voting by people for select candidate who takes part here as representive on behalf of his party means dal. There are many party who supported by his own party. which party gets maximum vote from mass of the country tha party got selected for ruling the country.afer every five years elections held... like MLA elections for state, MP elections, etc

▪ Rajya Sabha Election: - Members of the Rajya Sabha are elected by the governing body of each State and Union Territory. There are 250 members in the Rajya Sabha, 12 of whom were elected by the President of India. Out of 250, 238, each State and Union Territory has been successfully elected by the legislature.
