It is a form of government in which leaders or rulers are elected by the medium of election is called Democracy. According to Abraham Lincoln Democracy is defined as : of the people;for the people;by the people. It is people's own government. It's function is to run the government in a fair manner. It came to India after British rule to control over government under people and also because of social ang geographical diversity.
