DENTAL PLAQUE:

we know that food contain sugar.....these sugars are decomposed by bacterias present in our mouth to form a pale-white substance that gets stuck on our teeth....this acidic substance formed is called as dental plaque

HOW CAN IT B AVOIDED!!:

we can use base (nature) substance such as toothpaste that can nullify the acid.....by this way we can avoid the formation of plaque...
