3O means --- three atoms of oxygen
eg h20 it means it has two atoms of hydrogen nd 1 atom of oxygen
when we combine O2+ O it will become O3 which is known as ozone
but in the end if we see meaning of both is 3 atoms of oxygen....
so both are same ... there is no difference between them....
I hope it helps!!!!

The only difference is that ozone is made up of three oxygen atoms, while the stuff we breathe is made up of only two atoms.
In the upper atmosphere, rays from the Sun break a normal oxygen molecule into two separate oxygen atoms.
