If you Opt for neet you can choose either homeopaethic ,Aelopaethic and Ayurvedic medical field according to your rank and In AIIMS only Aelopaethic medical field is available...

This is the best college in India for pursuing your medical studies.
This institution conducts an exam for admission.
If the expected marks are given by the candidates then they get selected.
Candidates appearing throught NEET exam of passed are eligible to join any college in India without writing any admission exam. But if your marks are not to the satisfactory level then you may not get a seat in that college.
AIIMS gives its own exam for selecting students for its institution while government gives NEET exam for selecting students of all criterias and basis and making them eligible for any medical college in India
