They are more or less the same.
Chilled describes a degree of coldness.
Chilled is more cold than cool.
Chilled is usually used with reference to beverages whereas cold could refer to anything from the temperature of the pavement in the snow to the tone of someones voice.
A chilled attitude refers to a very relaxed casual non-confrontational attitude. A cold attitude is unpleasant and callous.
