what is difference between creating and natural monopoly?

In today's dynamic world it's harder to maintain Monopoly under different market sector. Everyday one another product keep on launching so, seller have to maintain its Monopoly by itself this is called creating Monopoly.
Natural Monopoly occurs when most efficient number of firm in the industry is one.
