crystallization is the process through which it get into solid form.
sublimation is a process through which a substance get converted into another form.
for example Kapoor is converted on burning into gaseous plant

Crystallisation is the process in which a liquid substance Is converted into solid.
Crystallisation is the commonly used method for purification of substances.
Eg :
Crystallisation of honey in a jar


Sublimation is the process in which a substance is converted into gaseous from from either liquid or solid form.

Eg :.
Dry ice (*which is solid carbon dioxide) sublimated at room temperature.
