current is basically due to flow of charge because of potential difference across two ends of conductor. whereas induced current is result of change of flux . because of change of current flux an induced emf is induced which opposes the cause of change of flux . that induced imf accounts for induced current. Both are current flow but generally speaking you have induced current in a conductor if it is in close proximity to another conductor. ... Current flow in a conductor produces a magnetic field around the conductor. Any other conductor moving through that magnetic field will have a current induced in it.
