the difference between guttation and dew is dew are formed on the plants due to the condensation of moisture in the air. whereas in guttation is formed due to the moisture emitted by the plant itself.

The loss of extra water in liquid drops from margin of leaves of herbaceous plants when root pressure high and transpiration is low.
Dew :-
The dew is the moisture condensed from the atmosphere, especially at night, and deposited in the form of small drops upon any cool surface.
