In England the head of state is either king or queen of royal family whereas India have elected head of state known as president

In British parliament is supreme whereas as in India parliament is not supreme and have limited power

In Britain minister are legally bound to their responsibility but in India there is no legal limitations

In Britain minister should be member of parliament whereas in India it is not necessary to be member of parliament but only for 6 months period

In Britain opposition form shadow cabinet in contrast to ruling party cabinet whereas in India there is no such concept
