<B> tag is used to type the text in bold in html.

<br> tag is used for a line break in html.

This is all I know.

Dewanshu19524:
is typically used in HTML while
is used in XHTML which has a stricter syntax. The break element,
or
, is one of several void elements, which are also known as self-closing elements. The closing taguses a slash to indicate that it is closing the element.

In HTML <b> means bold whereas <br> means break line.
Break line means to change your current line and move on to the next one.
