Answer:

mass = force / acceleration whereas

weight = mass * acceleration (acceleration downwards towards the earths centre)

= weight = mass*gravity

mass of an object doesn't change

weight of an object changes if we go to an area with greater or lesser gravity

for example....weight on earth is 6 times the weight on moon

PS...if you think you are obese or fat don't change your diet change your planet..
