Molarity is temparature dependent,where as molality is temparature independent...
In molarity,molecular weight is considered,where as in molality ,equivalent weight is considered

Molarity

It is the ratio of number of moles of molecules is to the volume of solutions (in L)

Or, Number of moles of molecules in One litre of solution.

Molality

It is the ratio of no. of moles of molecules is to the mass of solutions (in k.g)

Or, Number of moles of molecules in One Kilogram of Solution.
