what is difference between motion and rest and how these are related to force

Motion - change of position with time
Rest - no change of position with rest
Force is required to cause motion or stop motion to rest

if any body is in its moving state so we can say that it is in motion but if it is not moving means it is in stable state than we can say that it is in rest. it is related with force because A force is a push or a pull that can change an objects velocity (and therefore its acceleration). ...
