resources that have the backup technology for them to be utilized and fulfill human needs however aren’t used due to lack of requirement are potential resources.

e.g:- In rajasthan wind and solar energy is found in quite an abundance however aren't being used.

resources capable of satisfying human needs but don't have the appropriate technology for their back at the moment are stock resources.

e.g:- the water molecule consists of two inflammable gases called H or hydrogen and oxygen that if extracted can serve as a fuel. however we are not yet enlightened with a proper know-how to go through the above plan
