Reflection is the phenomenon of Light by which it bounces back, uniformly, from a SMOOTH surface. ť Refraction is the phenomenon by which light changes it path (by bending) while passing from one medium to another. Dispersion is the splitting of white light into its 7 constituent colours upon getting bounced with certain special conditions (Angle, Medium etc). Light ray scatters when it gets bounced, unevenly, from a ROUGH surface. I'll expain it if u want to knw it deeper.

Reflection is the phenomena in which the light get reflected from a surface and the reflected ray is of the same angle of the incident ray.
Refraction is the phenomena in which the light get bend when it passes from one medium to another.
Dispersion is the breaking up of light into its constituent colours.
Dispersion can also be said as scattering of light as the light is split or scattered

HOPE THIS HELPS U IF YES PLS AAD IT IN BRAINLIST
