systole
=>this is the contraction phase of the cardiac cycle
=>when the heart contracts it pumps blood from the heart chambers into the heart chambers into the aorta and pulmonary artery
=>it occurs in two stages
=>the pressure of systole is high
=>systolic pressure for a normal person is 120
diastole
=>this is the relaxation phase of the cardiac cycle
=>when the heart relaxes and allows the chambers to be filled with blood from venacava and pulmonary veins
=>it occurs in one stage
=>the pressure of diastole is less.
=>diastole pressure for a normal person is 80...
