Hey There! Primary teeth are the first set of teeth possessed by us in our lifecycle. Permanent teeth are the second set of teeth possessed by us. Temporary teeth are 20 in number, whereas permanent teeth are usually 32 in number. Primary or milk teeth retains space for the child’s future permanent teeth.

Difference between temporary and permanent teeth are
Temporary - They are set of 20 small teeths
Permanent - They are set of 32 larger teeths
Temporary - They start appearing above gum line
Permanent -They come out replacing teeth milk
