There is a big difference between them. Zero acceleration simply means there is no change in velocity with time and no change in velocity means neither its magnitude is changing nor the direction.Whereas constant acceleration say for example g=9.8m/s^2 shows the change in velocity with time (either its speed or direction). As an example when an object falls acceleration due to gravity is g in downward direction always , it acts because the speed of the freely falling object increases, direction being same though in this case ie downwards. Similarly when an object is thrown in vertical direction the speed decreases and eventually becomes zero at the topmost point and here also due to change in its speed acceleration g which is constant is there in downward direction.
