1.Working capital is defined as the capital which basically spend every time.

Ex-Money

2.Fixed capital is that capital in which tools,machines,etc comes.

These types of things are brought one time for some fixed time period.

Fixed capital is defined as the part of the total capital of the enterprise which is invested in long-term assets.

On the other hand, Working capital comprises of short-term assets and liabilities of the business.
