1. Seasonal unemployment means exactly what it says. In other words, the unemployment is seasonal. For instance, landscaping is a seasonal job (in the four-season places). The same is true for farm labourers, who are likely to be unemployed during the winter (or during an off-season). Disguised unemployment means that the marginal product of labour is zero. In other words, there too many people employed in the activity, so that if you remove some of them, the productivity will stay the same. For instance, there are four hammers available in the carpenter shop, but there are six workers. Two of those workers are non-productive (since they do not have the tools) and could be withdrawn from the shop with affecting the overall productivity.

Difference between disguised and seasonal unemployment

Seasonal unemployment => seasonal unemployment is the unemployment in which workers work only in season wise .in particular season persons are employed but most of the time they are unemployed so they do alternate works for livelihood.

Disguised unemployment => disguised unemployment more workers are working in a field more than their requirements this condition of workers is known as disguised unemployment this type of unemployment prevailing in most of the big industries.
