What is differences between cells in onion peel and cells in spinach

So ,as spinach is in green color it has chloroplasts and onion is in purple/white it has colorless chloroplasts which are also called leucoplasts.

As spinach is green in colour it has more chloroplasts whereas onion peels are not green in colour. It contains leucoplasts.
