BOILING
1) It is the process conversion of a liquid into gaseous state, when the liquid is heated to its boiling point.
2) It is rapid vaporization of a liquid.
3) Bubbles are formed when the liquid is heated to its boiling point.
4) Boiling takes place at a particular temperature.
5)Boiling occurs through the whole liquid.
6) Additional source of heat is needed .

EVAPORATION
1) Evaporation is the process of vaporization of liquid into gaseous state when there is an increase in temperature or pressure in the surrounding.
2) It is slow process and cannot be observed.
3) Bubbles are not formed
4) Evaporation takes place at all temperatures.
5) Evaporation occurs on the surface of the liquid.
6) Additional source of heat not needed.

Evaporation occur when the partial pressure of vapour of a substance is less than the equilibrium vapour pressure.
While boiling is a phase transition from the liquid phase to gas phase that occurs at or above the boiling point.
Hope it's useful to you.
