in budding outgrowth is formed which when get detached give rise to daughter

it occurs in Yeast

eg: budding in yeast, budding in hydra..

while binary fission is the formation of equal and same progeny as the parent body.. it is symmetrical in nature....

eg: binary fission in amoeba, etc...
