a dictator has no room for public opinion . A dictator imposes his or her will on the people destroying or curbing there freedom

democracy believe in the capacity of every individual to take decision on maters on public opinion . on the other hand democracy promotes liberty and equality . tolerance is another word of attribute to democracy. .

Democracy is a form of government of the people, for the people and by the people. It is either controlled by the whole population or a set of elected people who run the government on behalf of people.
Dictatorship is a form of government in which one person or political party has absolute authority and control over the people/government
