Mozzarella is a softer kind of Italian cheese, a bit salty and not as “cheesy” as the others. Whereas cheddar cheese has a more pungent flavour and a sharp taste specifically white cheddar. Depends on the type of cheddar cheese u buy actually! Milk is used in the preparation of both the varieties of cheese.
