Explanation:

Osmosis => The movement of solvent molecules from a lower concentration to a higher concentration through a semi-permeable membrane in order to maintain the concentration on both sides.

Diffusion=> It is opposite of Osmosis .

i.e movement of substance (atom , molecules,etc) from a region of higher concentration to a region of Lower concentration.
