digestion is the process of breakdown of complex food into simpler food which can be taken up by the blood and absorbed by the cells of the body so that they can do cellular respiration and make Oxygen and energy.

the digestion of carbohydrate proteins and fats start with the secretion of some enzymes by the liver pancreas and small intestine itself which is the site of complete for the digestion liver produces bile juice and the pancreas produces fat enzymes which get absorbed or accumulated in the Duodenum and then after Elium of small intestine
